Location: 2.8 km from the beach, choice between the warm and flat Mar Menor or the cooler waters of the Mediterranean. Bakery around the corner and 800m from the first shops. Public indoor and outdoor swimming pool with children's pool and sunbathing lawn on the doorstep. Parking space in front of the door but there is also an indoor garage. Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, .... Bicycles available.
