Located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes' walk from cozy terraces and the bustling boulevard of Lo Pagán on the Mar Menor. Beach, restaurants and shops are all within easy reach.

The living room and open kitchen layout is very attractively decorated. This with comfortable chairs and sofa. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom. Both bathrooms have a sink, toilet and a shower cubicle. The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200). The other bedroom has 2 single beds (80x190).

At about 20 meters you can find the communal swimming pool. Within walking distance you have the supermarkets and shops. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and has the possibility to use your favorite streaming services. In addition, the house is equipped with integrated air conditioning to both heat and cool the house.

You can park your car on the public road or in the private parking lot next to the swimming pool. The private roof terrace offers enough to relax and have a nice dinner.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be notified to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
