Welcome to Casa Sol Y Mar in San Pedro.

Our brand new apartment has been given this name for a reason. The sun shines 315 days a year in the Costa Cálida (it's not called the warm coast for nothing) and there are several beaches within 5 minutes cycling distance of our apartment. So you can fully enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate here. 

You can choose the beaches of Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe that is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a strip of land, La Manga. It is known for its calm, shallow waters, beautiful surroundings, and therapeutic properties. Here you will also find the mud baths, where you can rub yourself with the mineral-rich mud.

La Llana beach is a quiet beach and a beautiful piece of unspoiled nature. The water here is shallow and ideal for small children to play in. You will also find the dunes here and behind them the salt lakes. The beach can be reached by car (in the summer months on time because there is limited parking), by bike or on foot via a footpath. There are no facilities such as toilets and chiringuitos here, but if you are looking for a quiet beach, this is an ideal place. 

Playa las Higuericas is located in the town of Pilar de la Horadada in the Costa Blanca south. Here you will find a beach of almost a kilometer long and 35 meters wide. It is less sheltered than the beaches of Mar Menor. So you can also expect more wind and waves here. This beach is easily accessible by car.

You will also find the Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar, or the salt lakes. This is a protected nature reserve with  salt lakes that are characteristic for their color that ranges from pink to deep red. You will also find different species of birds and flamingos here. 

Major cities in the area are Murcia and Cartegena so you can also enjoy the culture. In San Javier there is an indoor shopping center 'Dos Mares'. Here you will find many well-known stores such as Stradivarius, Pull and Bear and JD Sports. In Orihuela Costa you will find La Zenia Boulevard. An open air complex with many shops and restaurants. 

Our apartment is part of a complex of 24 upstairs and downstairs apartments that belong to La Llana Beach & City. The apartments surround the elongated swimming pool on three sides. It is a ground floor apartment in a corner of the complex. So you don't have a view of the pool, but if you value your privacy, this is ideal. The house is fully equipped and luxuriously finished. The living room has a lovely sofa with chaise longue, a smart TV and audio system. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. 

There are three bedrooms, all three of which have a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00, fitted wardrobes and TVs. All rooms have shutters and curtains. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, hand shower, toilet and sink. There is a second bathroom with the same amenities. 

The house has a large terrace with a dining table for six people. There is also a lounge set, two sunbeds and a large parasol.

Rental license has been requested.
