Very spacious and attractive apartment with fantastic views of Mar Menor. Located on the first floor (there is no elevator). The house has been completely renovated and renewed. Enjoy the sunrise and the Spanish beach life from the modern living room or balcony. There is a separate kitchen which is equipped with various built-in appliances. The apartment offers three bedrooms with comfortable double beds (two 180x200 and one 140x190) and two bathrooms. Air conditioning hot and cold are provided. There is an integral garage with electric door to park a small car. On the pleasant boulevard is a wide choice of restaurants and entertainment venues. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
