Air conditioning hot and cold are provided in every room. There is an elevator and at the rear of the building is an indoor garage with electric door and an extra refrigerator.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible and the entrance is also accessible for people who are less mobile. On the pleasant boulevard you have a wide choice of restaurants and entertainment venues. Supermarkets can also be found within walking distance. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive when booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the landlord the following:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
