Step outside onto the spacious terrace and be greeted by the breathtaking 360 degree views of the mountains and valley, and the inviting 10x5m swimming pool. With ample space both inside and out, this property is perfect to book all year round for a great holiday with the likes of having a microclimate here. The outdoor area features two terraces, an ideal place to enjoy the delicious local wines and tapas under the stars. Behind the house is Parque Regional Sierra del Carche where you can hike or drive off-road.

Pinoso is only 5 minutes by car from the villa. In the village of Pinoso all basic shops are available such as 4 to 5 supermarkets, bazaar and clothing shops and very nice, cozy bar and restaurants where you can eat deliciously.

Alicante airport is 45 minutes away from the villa and several popular beaches such as Denia, Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante Torrevieja are all about 50 minutes drive from the villa. Madrid, Murcia, Valencia are all within easy reach and definitely worth a day visit.

We are a family of 4 with all busy jobs. To escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we like to go to our villa in Pinoso where we can relax by the pool while enjoying local delicacies. We also like to go off-road driving in the mountains by car or motorcycles, but hiking is also fine here. Unfortunately we can't live here full time yet, but we do want to share this lovely place with other people.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone).

The landlord will charge the following amounts depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.

- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
- Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price.
- Cancellation between the 50th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the entire rental company and no refund will be made.
