Ground floor: bright living room with patio doors to the Bougainvillea-covered veranda and swimming pool. Comfortable sitting area with TV/DVD and spacious wooden dining table with chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster and breakfast table with chairs. Side door to the covered barbecue terrace. Guest toilet. Separate room with washing machine.
On the ground floor are three spacious bedrooms with beautiful views of the garden. The first bedroom has twin beds (2x 90x190) built-in wardrobes, patio doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms (one with doors to the terrace) also have twin beds (2x 90x190) and built-in wardrobe space. These bedrooms share a bathroom with sink, bath with shower over, bidet and toilet.
First floor: the marble staircase leads to the landing where an extra seating area has been created. Bedroom with twin beds (2x 90x190, built-in wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace/balcony with wonderful views over the surrounding area. The villa is set in a large garden with spacious lawns, mature trees and flowering shrubs. Directly adjacent to the villa is a veranda with dining table for 12 people, comfortable sitting areas and outdoor kitchen with sink, worktop, refrigerator and built-in stone barbecue. The spacious private swimming pool (12x4 m, depth 0.50-1.70 m) has an easy entrance. On request, the swimming pool can be equipped with a safety gate (no extra charge). Beach towels are provided. Screened sandbox where the little ones can play. There are 12 sunbeds to enjoy the sun. For enthusiasts, there is a table tennis table.
