Stunning new luxury 4 bedroom Villa Demetra is located near Motovun and has spectacular views over the famous hill of Motovun, the picturesque hilltop town that is also one of the symbols of Istria. A shop is 2 km away, beaches, various sports and leisure facilities 25 km away.

Villa Demetra offers guests an infinity pool of 40 sqm, covered terrace with barbecue fireplace and dining table and several parking spaces. The pool is heated outside the summer season.

This beautiful villa can accommodate 8 people, with a total living area of 259 m2 spread over three floors.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with air conditioning with exit to the pool and terrace, and separate toilet. The first floor features two A/C double bedrooms with en-suite shower facilities and a shared terrace. The second floor also features two A/C double bedrooms with en-suite shower facilities.

Due to its size and the facilities offered, the property is suitable for groups of friends or families who want to stay in an elegant property.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
