This is our home, a newly renovated villa just 8 km from Palma with breathtaking views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Contemporary and traditional elements used in the renovation and interior design make this home unique. The 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom , are located on the cooler ground floor and the living room, dining room and kitchen are one loft-like space on the first floor (with air conditioning). From the kitchen terrace is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner with beautiful views. Palma, the pretty towns of Valdemossa and Esporles and the nearest beaches are only a 15 minute drive away. The ring road around Palma is only 5 minutes by car from where you can easily go in all directions. If you want to discover peace, nature, space, comfort and Mallorca, but not in the middle of nowhere, then this is the ideal holiday address.

I'm Roland. Left for Spain in 2003. Married with a Spanish American and two children who were both born in Mallorca, where we have lived since 2009. After living in the city for 10 years, we have found our dream home within cycling distance of Palma 8km. Lots of space, a very nice view and close to everything. We like to go to the Netherlands in the summer and let others enjoy our house.
