We would like to introduce you to the Majorcan country house "Can Lliganya". The finca is newly built in an old shape (ie the typical building style of the stones with wooden windows, white contrasting frames and window shutters. (With the double function of sun protection and blackout).
The finca is set in spacious grounds with spacious lawns. The lush Mediterranean vegetation of the garden is crowned by proud strelitzias, better known as bird of paradise flowers. Directly in front of the veranda is the spacious swimming pool with Roman steps. A practical outdoor shower is available next to the pool. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers and the Balinese bed is perfect for a siesta or a night under the stars. From the covered terrace and the adjoining conservatory room with cozy wicker furniture, you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the endless greenery of the surrounding landscape, which invites you for a walk. With family or friends until (late) in the evening after a nice barbecue or meal, enjoy the evening together, at the long wooden table with comfortable chairs. There is a fence around the pool, so you don't have to worry about the little ones. The finca has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, with the typical Mediterranean decoration and 2 spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Outside you have a wood oven, where you can prepare the tastiest recipes, from pizzas, fresh croissants, fish, or a delicious piece of meat.
The finca is located southeast of S'Horta and offers many options to keep you entertained. Small villages with cozy bars, typical restaurants and daily markets, so you can experience island life among the locals. Fjord-like bays in Cala d'Or, Cala Sa Nau and Cala Marcal invite you to swim and worship the sun on the white beaches. The Mondragó Natural Park gives you insight into the spectacularly rich fauna and flora of Mallorca. Improve your handicap on the nearby beautiful Vall D'Or golf course.
