This modern villa withheated private pool is located in a quiet residential area in the south of Lanzarote. Villa Vida is modern and stylishly furnished and is located a 30-minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with shops, bars, restaurants and a lovely promenade. Outside around the pool there are sunbeds and there is also a nice lounge set . There are tennis and padel courts on the complex that you can use during your stay. These are located within walking distance. The ideal holiday villa!
Layout of Villa Vida
Villa Vida is all on one level. The living room is bright and spacious with two generous sofas, a luxurious armchair and a 50" HD TV with Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV, HBO Max, Netflix. The modern open kitchen has a dishwasher, American fridge, freezer, microwave, electric stove, oven, toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils. From the hall you reach the very spacious bedroom with king-size double bed and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and bath. Wifi is available as well as a washing machine.
Outside at VIlla Vida
Through the sliding doors you enter the terrace with heated private pool and sunbeds, a separate lounge area with canopy for some shade and the BBQ. You can walk to the public tennis and paddle board courts that belong to the complex. You can walk to the center of Playa Blanca in 30 minutes with a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street. Within walking distance of your villa is also a supermarket, several cozy bars and an ATM.
