Villa Pareja is perfect for two! This stylish villa has a private heated swimming pool and also has a hot tub. Located in a quiet residential area in the sunny south of Lanzarote a 5 minute walk from local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The center of Playa Blanca is 5 min. ride. The lighthouse with boulevard is a 5-minute walk away. From Villa Pareja you have a unique view of Mount Montana Roja. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday with all the luxury and comfort within reach.
Layout of Villa Pareja
The living room is bright and spacious with two nice sofas and a satellite television with various international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of kitchen utensils, etc. Through the hall you reach the two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a large sink, bath, hair dryer and toilet. Wifi is available as well as a washing machine.
Outside at Villa Pereja
The outdoors of Villa Pareja is perfect. Through the patio doors you enter the terrace where you can enjoy shade under the pergola on sun-drenched days. Further on is the heated private swimming pool and hot tub. There are sunbeds around the pool and there is also an outdoor shower. Next to the outdoor dining area is the barbecue. There are also stand necessities such as an umbrella, beach towels and snorkeling equipment. The private garden is completely walled. Villa Pareja has a private parking space in front of the villa.
