Villa Atlantico in Tijarafe
This luxury villa with heated private pool is located in a beautiful green area near the village of Tijarafe. What immediately stands out is the spacious, modern interior with various works of art and the huge glass sliding doors that give you a unique view over the deep blue sea. In the huge garden of 4,000 m2 you look out over tropical flowers and palms and you can pick fruit from the almond, mango and olive trees. Further on is the heated private swimming pool. If you feel like going out, you can reach the seaside resort in Tazacorte within 20 minutes by rental car. Here is a beautiful lava beach with a fishing port. Against the backdrop of the deep blue sea and the black sand, the bright, colored houses catch the eye. On the boulevard you can enjoy atmospheric (fish) restaurants, bars and shops.
In the picturesque village of Tijarafe, you can follow the pace of life of the laid-back residents. The village is wonderfully quiet and in this western area the weather is pleasant. You can take beautiful walks here. In the attractive village center of Tijarafe you will find colorful houses, supermarkets, good restaurants and cozy bars. Here you can enjoy a real Canarian meal or a delicious barraquito, the coffee specialty of La Palma. There is also a bank and pharmacy in this village, which is a 10-minute drive from the villa.
Layout Villa Atlantico
The living room is located on the upper floor. The living room has a beautiful wooden ceiling, modern fireplace, huge bookcase, two leather sofas, a luxury armchair, satellite television and stereo system. From the living room you can step onto the balcony from where you look out over the sea. The kitchen is modern and includes a dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, two refrigerators, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc. Upon entering the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on your right. The three bedrooms all have a double bed, ample closet space and access to the outdoor terrace. Both bathrooms have a rain shower, two sinks, a hair dryer and a toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Also on this floor is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a sauna here. Furthermore, the entire villa is equipped with wifi and underfloor heating.
Outdoor Living Villa Atlantico
The villa is located in a place with many hiking trails, so you can walk straight from your house into the mountains. The idyll of this landscape is enhanced by the tropical garden and the view of the Atlantic Ocean. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful views. Through the ground floor you reach the largest outdoor terrace with a private swimming pool (8.4 x 4.2 m) that is heated and has a cover . Around the pool there are sunbeds and garden furniture with a high degree of comfort.

Deposit
Deposit: € 200 in cash on arrival. If you have left the villa in correct condition on the day of departure, you will receive it back immediately.
Remaining
For arrivals after 21:00 there is a late check-in fee of € 20, - which you pay to the caretaker on the spot.
