The house has a traditionally built part that is more than 100 years old and a newly built part.
These have been combined into one very comfortable house. The entire estate is available for use.
If there are two of you, you can choose where you want to sleep. Four or five guests is also possible, there is an extra guest bed.

There is always someone from our team available throughout your stay to help you with any questions or emergencies. Although the Casa is located in a very quiet place, it only takes 10 minutes by car to get there
to go to the nearest village and 20 minutes to go to the beach. From the Casa there are walking routes across the entire island.

And if the day isn't warm enough, there's the sunny beach of Puerto Tazacorte just a 20-minute drive away, the sunniest place in Europe.

Since our first visit to La Palma in 2012 it was love at first sight. An oasis of peace, fresh air, mountains, sea. No rushing, everything goes slower. In 2016 we became the owners of Casa Visioneros, now a modern and comfortably furnished home. There are just the two of us, Korrie and Rob, and we enjoy our stay every time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Standard price for 2 persons per night,
€10 per additional person per night,
Mandatory final cleaning €75.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
