PAVILLION MIRAMAR – HOLIDAY VILLA IN PUNTAGORDA WITH INFINITY POOL
This exclusive villa with private heated pool and sea views is located on a huge estate of no less than 20,000 m² in the area of Puntagorda. Pavillion Miramar is a paradisiacal place and is all on one level. The surroundings of Puntagorda are one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the island. Here you can see dozens of almond and nispero trees, various fruit trees and colorfulflowers.
The center of Puntagorda is a 5-minute drive from Pavillion Miramar with a supermarket, bakery, various restaurants and a number of bars with terrace. Highly recommended by the owners is restaurant 'El Rincón de Moraga' in the Argual district of Los Llanos. This restaurant is in the Michelin Guide for excellent dishes for a reason. A more nearby restaurant that we can recommend in Puntagorda is 'Pino de la Virgin' where you can enjoy delicious Canarian delicacies. There is also a good pizzeria in Puntagorda.
LAYOUT PAVILLION MIRAMAR
Pavillion Miramar has recently been completely renovated and transformed into a luxurious and exclusive villa of 80 m², suitable for 2 people. The décor with influences from Tuscany, Morocco and South Africa is particularly stylish. Large panoramic windows in both the living room and the bedroom provide breathtaking views. The living room is spacious with white wooden ceiling, satellite television, fireplace, extra wood stove, sofa and luxury armchair. In addition, the living room has partial underfloor heating, which provides extra comfort during cooler months. The floor consists of antique French terracotta tiles.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. This is covered with old travertine marble and handmade tiles from Fez. The metal washbasin is handmade in Marrakech and creates an oriental atmosphere. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom. A washing machine is also available.
OUTSIDE AT PAVILLION MIRAMAR
The outdoors of Pavillion Miramar is perfect. From your terrace with comfortable sunbeds and garden furniture you have a fabulous view of the sea. To the side of the villa is an extraoutdoor terrace. Everywhere there are nice seats to relax with a book or simply to marvel at the view. It is not for nothing that many stay on the estate all day where you can take beautiful walks .
There is a beautiful private infinity pool available. This swimming pool, tiled with Indian green marble, is approx. 7 x 4 meters in size and 1.4 meters deep. The pool is equipped with a heat pump for heating, which ensures a pleasant temperature. Around the pool is a spacious sun terrace with an outdoor shower. In addition, there is a barbecue area and a complete outdoor kitchen . Parking is available in your own private parking space on site.
