Xava Ibiza is a luxury mini-private resort on the Ibiza golf course. It is a wonderfully light and fresh apartment with private swimming pool and a gigantic terrace of 140m2. Ibiza town is a 15-minute drive away and the airport is 20 minutes away. The view is beautiful, wide and green. You look out over the golf course and feel like you are in a small paradise. The house is super quiet and private (no views from neighbors) and is located adjacent to nature.
Because access is on one level and there are no communal areas, the apartment feels more like a detached house than an apartment. Cala Olivera (a beautiful little bay) and beach club Amante (one of the most beautiful beach clubs in Ibiza) are within walking distance of the house. The house is furnished with love and fully equipped. We want everyone to enjoy this, but we do ask for respect for our neighbors, our house and belongings in return. So please have peace and quiet and no groups, parties or noise.
The apartment is perfect for a couple (2 people). In the living room there are a maximum of two sofas that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) in a corner. This is an option for two (smaller) children. These extra guests have their own toilet and sink and an outside bath and shower.
