Cap Negret is a beautiful magical nature spot, especially when the sun goes down and offers great views of the sea and the island of Conillera. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and in addition to the master bedroom at the front with sunset, the second bedroom provides two individual beds or a double bed if desired. There is also a cot available. There is also a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunset while enjoying a drink. The apartment is within walking distance (50 meters) from the sea.

Nearby are Cala Salada and Saladeta which are among the most legendary beaches in Ibiza! Within walking distance you will find the cosy beach restaurant Cala Gracioneta on a pearl of a beach with crystal clear water and two minutes away the famous breakfast, lunch and sunset restaurant Hostal La Torre.

Together with my partner we love the relaxed atmosphere of Ibiza in combination with the beautiful nature. We fell in love with the apartment because of the typical ibiza atmosphere that the apartment exudes and its location.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Conditions : 50% within 3 days after confirmation of the booking and the other 50% 3 days before arrival .
The deposit of euro 1000.-

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
