Many nice restaurants and catering establishments in close proximity, but on the other hand, the apartment is located in a quiet area.

We renovated the bathroom in the master bedroom in December 2023 into a new / more modern bathroom.
Lovely shared private swimming pool. The decking has now been removed, making the surface gray concrete.
In the evening, the roof terrace is beautifully lit, so you can enjoy a nice day at the beach until the late evening hours.
