  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period : 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only gives notice on the day the rental period commences or during the rental period that he or she will no longer be using the rented property, the tenant remains liable to pay the full rental price.

This part of the island is known for its beautiful sunsets. You don't have to reserve a spot in a restaurant. The villa offers a view of the sunset every evening.
When the screen is turned off, the lighting is automatically switched on to help you enjoy the evening.
