The IBIZA Cala Llonga apartment is located among the pine-covered hill with beautiful views of the bay of Cala Llonga. The apartment is one of the 130 typical Spanish apartments of Pueblo Esparragos. Each apartment is privately owned. Our apartment is located on the side of the Spanish white Pueblo so that you can enjoy a very beautiful and unobstructed view of the bay in peace and quiet. The apartment is easily accessible, 'without' having to walk many stairs, and is therefore easily accessible for people with mobility problems and/or buggies and young children.
The apartment has:
- is on the same floor with: hall, bathroom, 2x bedroom, living room, open kitchen, terrace
- a bathroom with: combination bath/shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer
- 2x bedroom with 2x separate beds that can be put together or separately
An extra bed and/or baby bed can be added
- a fully equipped kitchen
- living room with 2x sofas, ottoman, coffee table
- dining table for approx. 6 people
- terrace with garden furniture for approx. 6 people

- good WIFI (since the park's bandwidth is not sufficient)

Terrace:
The terrace has an outdoor table with chairs, with unobstructed views of the bay. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise. At high temperatures you can enjoy the breeze in the shade. In the evening and at night you can enjoy the view, all the lights of Cala Llonga. There is a BBQ, which may only be used outside, on the outside so that it does not bother other residents
Other features:
- Free parking space near the apartment.
- It is a non-smoking apartment (= smoking in the apartment is not allowed)
- The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly area.
- Noise pollution is not appreciated by local residents after 10 p.m
- Swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (lilo's + sunbeds reservations are not allowed)
- Suitable less mobile holidaymakers
- Baby cot and/or extra bed can be added for a fee
In the Cala Llonga bay:

Check-in time: - after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival after cleaning
- house keys are in a key-lock, next to the front door
(code via the owner just before arrival + please do not change the code)
- Please take photos of the apartment on the day of arrival
Check-out time: - before 11:00 am on the day of departure after cleaning
- Return house keys to a key-lock
- leave the kitchen as found (crockery in the cupboard, garbage removed, etc.)
- please contact us asap if there are any issues/broken items for repair
- please collect all towels in the bath + leave bed linen on the bed
- Please take photos of the apartment on the day of departure
NB:
- use and treat everything with respect!
- turn off air conditioning in case of: absence + windows open
- hot day tip:
open all windows + terrace doors, gives a nice breeze through the apartment
