This accommodation is tranquil – relax with the whole family!

House located near the beautiful and quiet village of Temisas in the east of the island of Gran Canaria.

Upon entering the house we find the living room area with television that communicates with the kitchen and dining area. From the living room there is access to the bedrooms and a bathroom that has a shower. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra bed.

The best thing about the house is the outdoor area, with a covered terrace furnished with a three-seater and an outdoor dining area near the barbecue area. Going up a few steps we reach the swimming pool with solarium and sun loungers next to the palm trees, an ideal place to enjoy the surroundings and the landscape.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 32 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
