Holiday home located in the centre of the beautiful village of Santa Lucia. Ideal for getting to know the trails in the southern part of the mountains of Gran Canaria.

The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchen.

In the courtyard through which the house is accessed, there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the village

The house is very close to shops, restaurants and all the necessary services.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 21 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
