This brand new apartment is located in bustling Puerto Rico, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The perfect base for a holiday with the whole family. Visit one of the many sights in the area and take a dip in the pool at the end of the day. Within walking distance you will find numerous restaurants and bars to enjoy yourself in the evening.

The house is located in a quiet area of an apartment complex and is intended for holidaymakers who want to enjoy the nice weather, explore the area or relax. It is absolutely not a party destination and not suitable for young people or groups of friends.

For that reason we rent exclusively to families.

Every now and then we may make an exception for guests with good reviews. In that case, the main booker must be 35+. Please feel free to contact us for the possibilities.

Bienvenidos a Casa Linc! This completely renovated apartment for 7 people is located in the south of Gran Canaria, in the heart of Puerto Rico at the bottom of the valley. Only 25 minutes by car from the airport will take you to another world.

The stylishly furnished apartment is brand new and equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies.

Between the photos there is a floor plan with the layout of the house.

There is a communal pool on the complex overlooking the city of Puerto Rico. There are also sun beds and an outdoor shower at the pool.

Casa Linc is located right in the middle of Puerto Rico. It has a magical view over the city and from the balcony you can admire both sunrise and sunset.
