The holiday home is located in a quiet neighborhood, so not suitable for people who want to party in and around the house. Only for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Description of the property: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms and a large shower room are on level -1. On the ground floor you will find an extra bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, a large terrace for outdoor dining and enjoyment. The private swimming pool is accessible all year round. We provide a set of sheets, a towel set and a towel for the pool for all guests.

Hello, We are Bart and Philippe, your hosts, ready to welcome you to our holiday home in Gran Canaria. After 20 years of being active in banking, and 30 years as a hairdresser respectively, we took the step in 2018 to run a B&B and holiday home in Gran Canaria (and enjoy it ourselves). Price includes water/electricity (normal use up to 150 euros/week).

House Rules:
1) nude swimming/sunbathing is allowed (nudism)
2) smoking only allowed outside (terrace, pool area,...)
3) quiet neighborhood, so no loud music or loud parties please
4) Silence hours:
from 22:00 no music outside
from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am silence hours
5) Swimming pool:
heated from November 1 to April 30 (27 degrees C°)
open from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm (November to April)
open from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm (May to October)
Please shower before swimming
Please do not bring glasses, bottles, etc into the pool.
