VILLA MODERNO IN EL TABLERO
This modern villa in the sunny south of Gran Canaria is located in a quiet residential area. Villa Moderno has a lovely heated private swimming pool with massage chairs to completely unwind. Outside this house there are several nice places to enjoy the sun. There is a spacious barbecue area and a lovely lounge terrace where you can see the sea in the distance. The villa is modern and stylishly furnished. The beautiful sandy beaches of Maspalomas are only a 15-minute drive away.
Layout holiday home
This holiday home is wonderfully light and spacious. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with international TV channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped including an induction plate, freezer, refrigerator, oven and microwave. Large patio doors lead you to the nice terrace of Villa Moderno.
Villa Moderno has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is by the pool. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa
Outside at the villa
Outside you will find several seating areas to enjoy the sun. The terrace has a dining table for six people and here you will also find a generous barbecue area. There are also sunbeds available to relax while you occasionally cool off in the private swimming pool (7x3 meters and 1.25 meters deep). In addition, the pool has several massage jets, two massage chairs and a counter-current swimming system to relax. The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost . Via a staircase from the terrace you reach the lovely lounge terrace with a distant view of the sea.
