House-winery and vineyard on the Miño. Galicia.
We rented our winery-house in the Ribeira Sacra (Chantada). It is our personal refuge and we offer it as a seasonal retreat for those looking for tranquility, teleworking or connecting with nature without giving up the comforts of a normal home.
The property is located right on the Belesar reservoir, with panoramic views of the Miño river and surrounded by our own vineyard.
It is a functional and cozy house with:
- Living room: Equipped with a comfortable sofa (convertible into a 140 cm bed), wood-burning fireplace and direct access to a solarium terrace overlooking the river.
- Bedroom: Master bedroom with 150 bed and a mezzanine with an additional 90 bed, also with direct water views.
- Kitchen: Independent and complete, with traditional wood stove. It connects to an outdoor dining area under a trellis and barbecue area.
- Bathroom: Full bathroom.
Supplies and eco life:
- The house is 100% autonomous (solar energy and own water), but with the facilities of a conventional house. It has an advanced system of solar panels and auxiliary batteries that guarantees the normal electricity supply.
- It does not have a washing machine, but in Chantada (10 minutes by car) there are laundries and all services (supermarkets, health center, bars and restaurants).
Ideal for one or two people looking for a quiet retreat.
