Villa Sur is a newly built, state-of-the-art, design villa with private heated pool, completed in 2018. The villa has plenty of outdoor space and a beautiful view towards the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña with its impressive Moorish Castle (' illuminated at night). This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility this beautiful villa offers.

This beautiful south-facing villa is designed in avant-garde style. The villa is located in a quiet street surrounded by nature on El Monte de Los Almendros, an exclusive hillside development in Salobreña on the tropical coast of Granada.

Villa Sur has four spacious bedrooms, all suitable for 2 persons. This villa has its own personality with many modern features and the use of raw, natural and refined materials. In addition, Villa Sur not only has a high level of energy efficiency, all energy consumed comes from renewable sources; but the garden and orchard are also irrigated by rainwater and a nearby spring.

You enter the villa via a raised walkway or the electric gate through which you enter by car. There is a private and secured parking for two cars. From the top floor you have access to a large terrace with 6 wooden pool loungers and comfortable garden furniture with a nice view. The terrace can be reached from both the hall and the lower terrace via an external metal staircase. Going down the stairs from the entrance level, you reach the ground floor of the house with its spacious and bright open plan living area. This is surrounded by sliding glass doors, so you can make the most of the outdoor space while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea and the spectacular surroundings. Through this sliding door you have access to the main terrace and the heated swimming pool where you can relax on comfortable patio furniture and another four sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful view. On the same level, but outside, is one of the bedrooms, with double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning hot and cold and ceiling fan. This bedroom also has a quiet outdoor seating area.

The functional kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious utility room with a washing machine. The villa has both indoor and outdoor dining areas for dining "al fresco" or warmer meals indoors while still enjoying the beautiful views. From the terrace on the ground floor you can access the upper terrace with 6 sun loungers via a metal staircase.

Up the stairs you reach the third floor where there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom.Two of the bedrooms have double beds (1.50m x 1.90m) and one has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The family bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms with a spacious built-in wardrobe next to it.

All these features add another modern touch to the overall layout of this beautiful villa that integrates indoor and outdoor living in a harmonious way. On the same level is another terrace that can be accessed from each bedroom, providing additional privacy to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Some steps lead up to a lawned garden and an "in progress" ecological orchard built on terraces where you can find a variety of fruit trees including mango, avocado and orange. The terraces surrounding the villa and gardens are interconnected so you can easily walk from one area to another and enjoy the amazing variety of indoor and outdoor spaces this villa offers.

Please note that this villa is not suitable for children under 10 years old as there is an area of the infinity pool that has no fall protection.

The villa has WIFI and 2 large Smart TVs (1.45mx 0.83m / 1.60mx 0.90m). One of the TVs is in the living room and the other is in one of the bedrooms on the third floor. Only the TV in the living room has access to Canal+ digital, with international channels, movies, etc. The entire villa has hot and cold air conditioning, which can be controlled separately per floor, and an additional ceiling fan in each bedroom.

Villa Sur is located on Monte de los Almendros, one of the best hillside developments on the Costa Tropical. During the summer months, guests have free use of the communal tennis court, main swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch, playground and snack bar. Salobreña's main beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away.
