Villa Plata

Villa Plata is a brand new, architecturally built, luxurious spacious villa (construction completed in April 2018) with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña with the^15th century Moorish castle that is illuminated at night. The villa has a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m). The spacious terrace is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. 

The bright and spacious living room with integrated kitchen has a fantastic view through the glass front with sliding doors, which give access to the terrace. Both inside and outside there is a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The outdoor seating area has a large awning, so you can choose whether you want to enjoy the beautiful views in the sun or in the shade. Next to the pool there are comfortable sunbeds, where you can sunbathe relaxed, interspersed with a dip in the spacious swimming pool.  

The kitchen is well equipped and equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen island has a number of bar stools, so you can enjoy a glass of wine together while cooking. On the terrace there is a gas BBQ, where you can prepare the daily fresh fish for a delicious meal. In the utility room adjacent to the kitchen you will find the washing machine, dryer and freezer.

There are also two spacious bedrooms on the living floor. The master bedroom with adjoining bathroom is suitable for people who use a wheelchair. The second bedroom with a double bed has a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with a walk-in rain shower. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.

The whole villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be regulated on a room-by-room basis. The villa has WIFI and a large number of international TV channels. There is parking for 3 cars on site.

Villa Plata is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The hill's recreation area is within walking distance. Guests can make free use of the communal tennis court, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a football pitch and a playground. During the summer months there is a simple Spanish eatery.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There are lots of things to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski area, which is also great for hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon. There is a golf course a 10-minute drive away, which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.

Salobreña benefits from its subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C. For those interested in sightseeing, architecture and history, this region offers the best of Andalucia. You will be charmed by the beauty of the region. Small whitewashed villages on the tops of the hills, tropical nature, sounds of flamenco and of course the abundance and variety of Spanish cuisine.
