Villa Plata

Villa Plata is a brand new, architect-designed, luxury spacious villa (construction completed in April 2018) with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña the ^15th century Moorish castle at night is lit up. The villa has a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m). The spacious terrace faces south, so you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.

The bright and spacious living room with integrated kitchen has a fantastic view through the glass front with sliding doors, which give access to the terrace. Both inside and outside there is a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The outside seating area has a large awning, so you can choose whether you want to enjoy the beautiful view in the sun or in the shade. Next to the pool are comfortable sun beds, where you can relax in the sun, alternated with a dip in the spacious pool.

The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen island has a number of bar stools, so that you can enjoy a glass of wine together while cooking. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace, where you can prepare fresh fish for a delicious meal. In the utility room adjacent to the kitchen you will find the washing machine, dryer and freezer.

There are also two spacious bedrooms on the living floor. The master bedroom with adjoining bathroom is suitable for persons using a wheelchair. The second bedroom with a double bed has a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with a walk-in rain shower. One of the bathrooms has a bath.

The whole villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be regulated per room. The villa has WIFI and a large number of international TV channels. There is parking for 3 cars on site.

Villa Plata is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The hill recreation area is within walking distance. Guests can make free use of the communal tennis court, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a football field and a playground. During the summer months there is a simple Spanish eatery.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There are many things to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is also great for hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (December to April) and enjoy the afternoon. relax on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course a 10 minute drive away which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic town center, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.
