From almost every room in the house you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to its convenient location, you can enjoy the sun all day long, from the first rays of the morning to the warm colors of the sunset. The villa is surrounded by greenery and offers an unparalleled sense of freedom and privacy; No one is looking into your garden or on your terrace. Several fruit trees grow around the house, so you can enjoy fresh lemons, avocados and oranges from your own garden, depending on the season.
Layout of the house and guest houses
The house can accommodate up to 10 people, divided into 2 bedrooms and an adjoining room in the house and 2 bedrooms in 2 separate guest houses. The bedrooms in the house each have an en suite bathroom with bath and the guest rooms are equipped with a shower. Ideal for friends, family members or guests who would like some extra privacy.
Inside you will find a spacious living room annex dining room with open kitchen. The modern bright kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything needed to cook extensively for a large group. Thanks to the clear layout and the almost uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean Sea, the villa feels spacious and comfortable.
Terrace with covered outdoor bar and private pool
Outside, life forms around the large terrace with private swimming pool. There is a lounge area and cozy seating areas, covered or not, where you can relax and enjoy the grandiose view. An absolute eye-catcher is the large covered outdoor bar. Together with the barbecue, this is the perfect place for long summer evenings with family and friends.

The villa has a separate laundry room that is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, air conditioning, two (small) private parking spaces and all the amenities needed for a carefree holiday under the Spanish sun.
Location and tourist attractions
The villa is located on the Alfa Mar hill, a popular and quiet location on the Costa Tropical between the villages of Almuñécar and Salobreña. The beach, the old centers of Almuñécar and Salobreña, the restaurants and shops are about a fifteen minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are within easy reach and are about an hour's drive away. For a day out, there are many different things to see and do. The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also enjoy beautiful hiking in summer, is a 75-minute drive away. You can ski in the morning (from December to April) and sunbathe the same day on the beach or on your terrace. The 18-hole golf course, which is located directly on the beach, is a fifteen-minute drive away. The picturesque whitewashed mountain villages of the Alpujarras are nearby. The beautiful city of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace and a state-of-the-art indoor shopping centre, shopping Nevada, with an extensive range of modern shops is less than an hour's drive away. The coastal city of Malaga with the beautifully renovated historic center with the imposing cathedral, the Picasso museum, nice restaurants and terraces and a vibrant modern shopping area is just over an hour's drive away.
