Villa La Palmera

Villa La Palmera is a beautiful villa with a spacious south-facing terrace and fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea, located in the urbanization "El Monte de los Almendros".

After you have walked up the stairs you will come to a terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun in one of the sunbeds next to the private pool with a sea view or sit comfortably in the shade under the round covered veranda. Next to the covered veranda you will find another terrace that is surrounded by atmospheric lights for lighting in the evening. Here you can dine outside together at the dining table. On the upper terrace behind this terrace is a gas BBQ.

When you enter the villa you step into the central hall that connects all the rooms on this floor. You immediately feel that the beach is nearby and that you can relax. From the hall you can enter the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and two of the bedrooms.

Villa La Palmera features a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find an oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen leads to a small terrace with a seating area overlooking the sea. The perfect quiet place to start the day and have breakfast together. Opposite the front door there is a staircase that leads to two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a small outside terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and doors leading to the terrace on the right side of the house.

The spacious living room with large glass windows overlooks the covered veranda and the Mediterranean Sea. This bright room has a large, comfortable sofa and a wood burning stove to enjoy those winter evenings. The living room is also equipped with a smart TV, a DVD player and WiFi. In the living room there is a staircase that leads to the rounded master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and doors leading out to a private outdoor terrace.

Villa La Palmera is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The hillside recreation area is within walking distance. Guests have free use of the communal tennis court, large swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch and playground and small eatery during the summer months. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible.

If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is also great for walking and hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (December to April) and relax in the afternoon on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course 10 minutes drive away which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic center, cathedral and Picasso museum.Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine per years and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
