This cozy villa is built in Andalusian style on different levels.

From most of the interior space and the terraces, you can enjoy the impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Sierra Nevada mountains (in winter with the snowy peaks) and the picturesque white village of Salobreña with its Moorish castle from the 13th century (illuminated at night). The villa is quietly located, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac.

As you walk up the external stairs of this beautiful Andalusian villa, you will be amazed by the breathtaking views and vastness of the surrounding area.

On the first floor is the entrance to two of the bedrooms, a small living room and a small kitchen. Each bedroom has a 150x190cm bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the same level there is a large terrace with a private swimming pool (approx. 10mx5m), outdoor shower and comfortable sun loungers. This is the place to relax for hours in the sun and enjoy the spectacular views. On the same level, part of the terrace is covered, there you can enjoy a comfortable set of terrace furniture, where you can rest and cool off from the Mediterranean sun.

On the ground floor there is another terrace with panoramic views. This terrace is ideal for dinner or breakfast. From here there is also access to one of the terraces on the ground floor, where the built-in barbecue is located and a balcony set with two chairs and a mosaic table. This terrace is also accessible from the living room on the ground floor.

A few steps up you enter the upper terrace, where the entrance to the villa is also located. This terrace also has a cozy spot with sea views. You will certainly enjoy the delicacies prepared outside on the gas barbecue. Upon entering the villa you enter a bright and large open space, an open plan kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and the living room with a cosy fireplace for the winter months when the sun sets earlier. From here you enter through the sliding doors of the balcony onto the front outdoor terrace where the built-in barbecue is located.  To the left of the seating area is a large wooden table with chairs for 8 people.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a 150x190cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a heated towel rail and a bathtub. The other bedroom has two single beds of 90x180cm and no private bathroom. These bedrooms can only be reached via a staircase outside. 

Villa El Olivaron is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is WiFi throughout the villa and TV with international channels. 

Villa El Olivaron is built on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The communal leisure area with tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool, football field and small restaurant (in the summer months) is within walking distance. The beach, restaurants and shops are a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almería are easily accessible. If you can break away from this beautiful villa, there is plenty to see and do in the area - the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which also offers long walks and hikes, is less than 75 minutes away. You can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole beachfront golf course is just a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages of the Alpujarras are close to the villa, as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its old town, cathedral and Picasso museum.

Salobreña benefits from a subtropical microclimate with more than 300 sunny days a year and an average temperature of more than 20 °C. For those interested in art, architecture, and history, this region offers the best that Andalusia has to offer. You will be impressed by the charm and beauty of this area. Small white villages in the mountain landscape, tropical plants, flamenco music, without forgetting the richness and variety of Spanish food.
