Holiday home in tropical garden with private swimming pool. The holiday home has an open plan layout. Containing a double bed (two separate beds), bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and microwave. Furthermore, a TV and WiFi. The TV is equipped with an HDMI cable so that Netflix, YouTube and all TV programs from home can be streamed on the TV. (bring your own adapter for your smartphone/tablet)

There is also a barbecue with refrigerator on site.

The 12 x 4 meter swimming pool is nice to relax under the palm trees, the tropical garden with banana plants provides plenty of shade and sun.

Within walking distance (14 minutes) of the beach and sea. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach and in the village. For the sporty, there are hiking, surfing, boat, SUP and canoe rentals and Cantarijan beach, a naturist beach, is 3 km away. For those who enjoy racket sports, tennis and padel courts are available. And with Malaga and Granada a 1-hour drive away, the cultural offering is also OK.

We are Charlotte and Gerard. We have been coming to La Herradura since 2001. And after living in Seville and traveling all over Spain, we can say that La Herradura is one of the most beautiful places in Spain. Since last year we became owners of Paso del Lobo and we would like to share this beautiful place with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
