Sunny holiday apartment with unique sea view, right by the sea, located in sunny Almunecar, Costa Tropical between Motril and Malaga. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with new mattresses, bathroom and washing machine, living room with TV and new sofa bed that can be formed into a bed of 144cm x 2m. The balcony offers a view of the sea, the swimming pools, tennis courts and the city center and the mountains. Second apartment available on the other side of the building.
There is free access to the two swimming pools, paying (cheap) tennis and padel fields, free basketball court. All shops and restaurants can be reached on foot and some good restaurants are close to the building. Almunecar can be reached via a flight to Malaga, then rental car, bus or taxi. Private parking at the building.
Almunecar is mainly known by the Spaniards. The people from Granada come here on weekends to cool off from the hot city. The temperatures in summer are very pleasant and there is 300 days of sunshine all year round. Ideal winter and summer destination. On Fridays there is the weekly market for which many people from other regions come to visit. Many other nice places/towns can be reached by bus or car, just think of Nerja, Granada, Motril, Malaga or Torre del Mar.
