This beautiful house has 3 bedrooms with new beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has been completely renovated with spacious walk-in shower, lounge, kitchen and of course great terraces around the house with a nice private pool.

Located in a quiet urbanization with shops within walking distance for small groceries and of course you will also find restaurants and bars within walking distance. The distance to the beach is about 1.5 km but a car is definitely recommended.

The house is spread over 2 floors, with the lounge and kitchen on the first floor, this floor is at the level of the front door. Inside you will find the staircase to the ground floor, here you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.

The salon is cozy and equipped with a spacious sofa and dining area and of course air conditioning for heating and cooling. Adjacent to the salon is a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a terrace here.

Around the pool is also a lovely terrace just like at the front of the house, the garden has beautiful tropical flowers and plants and gives that typical Mediterranean feeling. In addition to having a private swimming pool, there is also a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area in the street, which you can also use. You also have a direct view of the sea and in the evening you can enjoy the lights of Torrox Costa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
