Villa Andrea (bungalow)

In Torrox Costa (6 km from NERJA, province of Malaga in Andalucia) you will find "VILLA ANDREA", a detached bungalow in a quiet residential area. The beach is 800 meters away. Unobstructed view over the valley of the Rio Torrox (mostly without water) due to the higher location above some terraces (mainly agricultural land).
Air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. The large living room with dining area includes 2 sofas and a sofa bed. Fast WiFi and TV via fiber optic cable with all Dutch and many other channels. Open hearth.
There is a private swimming pool; the water can be heated if you wish. Lockable gates to the pool and stairs to the roof terrace. The sea at 800 m is clearly visible. Two large terraces and a roof terrace. There are four different seating areas, there is always a place in the sun or in the shade. The garden with mainly grass (difficult in southern Spain ..) around the villa is walled, so safe for your children and the desired privacy.

Quiet location at the end of a small dead end street. Beautiful FREE VIEW due to the location and the lower terraces behind the house.
Malaga airport at 55 km (an hour's drive on the highway).

Some shops and four restaurants within 200 meters, including a small supermarket, a pizzeria, a Spanish restaurant and a cocktail bar. Opposite are several jeux de boules courts.

Large swimming pool (with lifeguard) and 2 tennis courts for the residents at 100 meters from the villa. NERJA 6 km. You can swim in the (possibly heated) private swimming pool, in the neighborhood swimming pool (only accessible to local residents) and in the sea. The sea is within walking distance, the shortest route is 800 meters (2 minutes by car).
The long, pleasant boulevard of Torrox Costa is 1.5 km away. Here you will find many different restaurants, including Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Thai, German and also Dutch (including vegetarian food).
The house is thoroughly cleaned after each guest; the air conditioners are professionally cleaned every spring.

The villa overlooks the valley of the Rio Torrox. You will see traffic driving between Torrox Costa and Torrox in the distance. The location at the end of a dead-end street gives you the necessary privacy.
Several golf courses within a short distance, e.g. Baviera golf (18 holes) 8 minutes by car..
