Villa Andrea with sea view

In Torrox Costa (8 km from NERJA, province of Malaga in Andalucia) stands "VILLA ANDREA", a detached villa with sea views.  The villa is located in a beautiful residential area,  is very child-friendly, with a safe garden and a safe swimming pool. The beach is close by,  800 meters (walking) distance. The sea is close by, clearly visible from the garden and from the roof terrace.  Unobstructed view over the valley of the rio Torrox (a mostly dry river)  due to the higher location above several terraces (with mainly agricultural land).  

  Air conditioning/inverters in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms.  The spacious living room with dining area includes 2 sofas and a sofa bed. Fast Wifi and TV via fiber optic cable with all Dutch channels. Since 2024 a larger LG TV, 43".  All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There is also a fireplace. 

In the garden is a private swimming pool;   The water can be heated if you wish (see  the pool photo with heat pump).  Of course an outdoor shower by the pool.  Lockable gates to the pool and the stairs to the roof terrace.  Several terraces and a large roof terrace. Several seating areas, there is always a place in the sun or in the shade.  The garden with mainly grass around the villa is walled, so safe for your children and it gives you the desired privacy.

Torrox Costa has the best climate in Europe!  Even in the warm southern Spanish summer (when it can sometimes reach 40 degrees inland) it remains very pleasant here on the coast with a temperature of 30 degrees!!   A little wind from the sea makes it really wonderful. In the shade you can also read eg...   Always swim in between in your own pool..                                      The winters here are very mild, it never freezes.  Rarely does it get colder than 10 degrees.

Málaga airport at 55 km (an hour's drive on the highway).

A few shops and four restaurants 200 meters away, including a small supermarket, a fine pizzeria, a Spanish restaurant and a cocktail bar.  Opposite there are several jeux de boules courts to use. 

Large swimming pool (with lifeguard) and 2 tennis courts for local residents 100 meters from the villa. You can swim in the (possibly heated) private pool, in the neighborhood pool (also open to you, four/five months in summer)  and in the sea. The sea is within walking distance, via the shortest road it is 800 meters (2  minutes by car).

 The long, pleasant car-free boulevard of Torrox Costa is 1.5 km away. Here you will find many different restaurants, including Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Thai, German and also Dutch (with vegetarian food).  Nerja is 8 km away. distance,  there are many shops and restaurants here. The highlight in Nerja are the caves! 

The house is thoroughly cleaned after each guest; The air conditioners are professionally cleaned every spring. 

Several golf courses a short distance away, e.g. Baviera Golf (18 holes) at 8 minutes by car.
