This completely renovated villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, can accommodate 8 people. The house has been completely renovated and made more sustainable with a view to current standards. We can say that it is a 'green' house, equipped with solar panels with storage facilities, heat pump and the latest electrical equipment. The pool is heated by means of the heat pump.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a new kitchen also equipped with a wine fridge and the salon offers all the luxury and comfort you could wish for. On the very spacious terrace with sea view, you will find a cozy lounge area, dining table, sunbeds around the pool and of course a large pool to spend many hours in.

At the edge of the terrace is a high table with high stools to have a drink at sunset with a perfect view of the sea. Around the villa is the garden which is landscaped with many beautiful and colorful plants. The salon has a spacious sitting area with television and there is a very spacious dining table with chairs.

2 bedrooms have a double bed with en-suit bathroom, equipped with rain shower, sink and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 x single beds and have the bathroom in the hallway of the villa. These bathrooms are also equipped with rain shower, sink and toilet.

The house can be rented with 2, 3 bedrooms or with 4 bedrooms. Ask for the special rates for 2 and 3 bedroom packages.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
