This completely new apartment is part of the complex Isea Calaceite. Located on top of a mountain with a magnificent view over Torrox Costa and the sea. Maravilla Jacaranda Beach View is from Dutch owners and suitable for a group of up to 4 people. The beach is within walking distance (8-10 min) and between the towns of Nerja (7 km) and Torrox Costa (2 km). Here you will experience the best of Spain. Cosiness, good gastronomy, a vast beach and 300 days of sunshine a year (sunniest region of Spain).

The convenient location of the apartment is characterized by a very quiet environment. Directly on the beach with a vast mountainous nature reserve on the other side suitable for activities such as hiking, cycling and walking. Various excursions are possible in the area. Think of the cozy Spanish coastal town of Nerja, known for the Balcon de Europa, the city of Malaga, the caves of Nerja and the picturesque town of Frigiliana. Frigiliana can also be the starting point of various hiking tours.

The apartment
Completely new and attractively furnished with a good view of a pleasant stay. This luxury apartment is fully equipped and is attractively decorated. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 master bed), a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms (1 connected to the master bedroom) and a spacious balcony (25 m2).

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a double bed (150 x 200) with a lovely medium mattress and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom. The bedroom also has a sliding door for access to the balcony. Waking up with a fantastic view is a wonderful experience.

Bedroom 2 has two separate single beds (90 x 200) with lovely medium mattresses and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet. Attractively decorated with wood elements and warm lighting. The mirror is equipped with extra lighting.

Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower, sink and toilet. This bathroom also has warm lighting and this mirror is also equipped with extra lighting.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. All other items such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and hand blender are of course also available.

Livingroom
The living room has a corner sofa, dining table (4 people), chair and TV. In addition, this room has smart lighting for an atmospheric setting in the evenings when it gets dark.

Outdoors
The balcony has a lounge set, dining table and sun lounger. This way you can relax with a view of the city, the sea and the coastline that is unique.

The complex has a large swimming pool with sunbathing area where you can cool off or relax. Here too you have a stunning view over the sea.

This apartment is completely new, just like the entire complex. We will start renting out from July 1st. This is the reason that there are no reviews yet. However, we can say with certainty that this is almost the best accommodation in Nerja / Torrox Costa.
