Located a short distance from the promenade of Torrox Costa, this modern apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Located on the ground floor of the Duna Beach El Morche property, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is new and modern, the cozy dining area completes the salon. There is also very good internet and we also offer television in your own language.

Outside has a terrace with dining table and chairs and a lounge set. The complex offers a nice swimming pool and the beach is on your doorstep. Parking is not a problem because you park the car in the parking garage. Due to its quiet location, it is a wonderful place to relax, hence the name Casa Zen. In short, everything for a wonderful holiday. The boulevards of both Torrox and El Morche are within walking distance of the apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
