We rent out our studio, which is located right in the center of Torremolinos, in the province of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. The center offers you all the advantages of a village center. All shops and terraces, restaurants and bars can be found immediately when you go down and leave the building. From the studio you can see the sea and the beach is about a 10 minute to 15 minute walk. The studio is located in Edificio Lima.

The studio is located on the 6th floor of the building ^and offers a beautiful view over the center of Torremolinos and the sea. The studio has been recently renovated and has a new kitchen and bathroom. The studio has a parquet floor. It is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a sofa bed for two persons (2.00 x 1.30) with coffee table, a television, a dining table with chairs and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower / bath, washbasin with cupboards, toilet and a washing machine. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities such as plates, pans, glasses, etc. It is a nice studio with all modern conveniences. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a deposit of 50 euros upon receipt of the keys.
