The studio has been recently renovated and has a new kitchen and bathroom. The studio has a parquet floor. It is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a sofa bed for two persons (2.00 x 1.30) with coffee table, a television, a dining table with chairs and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower / bath, washbasin with cupboards, toilet and a washing machine. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities such as plates, pans, glasses, etc. It is a nice studio with all modern conveniences. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a deposit of 50 euros upon receipt of the keys.
