Welcome to Studio 708, a modern and comfortable studio in the popular Carihuela Park Palace. The beach and the pleasant boulevard of La Carihuela are within walking distance, with restaurants, terraces and shops in the immediate vicinity.


The studio is fully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Smart TV and washing machine.


The complex also offers plenty of opportunities to relax, with two swimming pools, a children's pool, sun terraces with sunbeds and various sports facilities. In addition, there is a supermarket, playground and regularly organized activities. The bus stop is located directly in front of the complex.


A great base to enjoy La Carihuela, the beach and the Costa del Sol.

Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

If cancelled within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total rent will be charged. No refunds will be made.

There is also no right to a refund in the event of no-show or early departure.


Payment terms

No deposit is required when making a reservation.

The full rent (100%) must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

For reservations made within 7 days before arrival, the full rent must be paid immediately after confirmation of the reservation.

All payments are made through Micazu's secure payment system.
