Located in a quiet residential area, just 800 metres from Playa Burriana, the main beach of Nerja where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
Through a private parking space that belongs to the house you walk up a staircase to the main entrance. The villa is built on 2 floors. The living room has large windows and there is an open kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The living room has air conditioning, a TV with some Dutch channels and access to a terrace with table and chairs. From this terrace there is direct access to the private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and on this level there are 2 separate bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and a shower room with toilet.
On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (both with air conditioning) and 2 more bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The private swimming pool of 7 x 3.5m is surrounded by terraces, ideal for making the most of our fantastic climate and equipped with eight sunbeds, parasols and a gas barbecue. There is a dart game and a trampoline.

The special thing about this villa is that you are in Nerja but at the same time you have the feeling of being in the countryside because of the beautiful views of nature and mountains and because of the quiet location.
This villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
