This large house with 5 bedrooms has been completely renovated and is modernly furnished. There is a beautiful roof terrace with private pool (70 cm deep) with views of the city, the mountains and the sea. The house is finished with high quality materials and the interior is a mix between modern and traditional Spanish.
From the entrance hall you enter a stylish, open plan living and dining area which leads to an internal patio and the modern, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, etc.) On this level there is also a shower room with toilet. All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor, along with 3 shower rooms, (2 en-suite). In 1 of the bedrooms there is a double sofa bed. On the next floor is the spacious roof terrace, with a large sofa and a table/umbrellas/sunbeds to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in a relaxing atmosphere.
Due to the location of this property we have to respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, therefore this house is not suitable as a 'party' venue.
It is possible to heat the pool. This is 250,- euros per week.
In every room there is air conditioning.
Animals are not accepted.
