In the beautiful Capistrano Village we have our beautiful apartment with a spacious garden with terrace.
In the months of May to September we only accept bookings with check-in and check-out on Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights.
Nicely decorated bright open plan living room with sofa bed for 2 people, IPTV, dining table for 4 people, modern open plan kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle. Through French doors you have access to the spacious terrace. Bedroom with 2-person bed and a large closet. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is air conditioning / heating in the living room and bedroom.
There is free Wifi (fiber optic). Outside spacious terrace with 2 comfortable chairs and a dining table for 4 people, accessible from the living room. Offers beautiful views over the garden and has limited sea views. Via a nice walk through the park Nerja Verde you can walk to the Burriana beach.
There are 2 communal swimming pools and children's pools. Catering facilities are available at both pools. Within walking distance there are 2 supermarkets. The bus stop is 50 meters away from the apartment. Parking is available in the parking lots or on the street. Due to the stairs, this accommodation is less suitable for disabled people.
