The space
Set in its own enclosed grounds, this generous 230 m2 villa is well equipped and fully furnished. The upper part of the villa offers four bedrooms (with air conditioning) and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a terrace.
The middle part of the house consists of an entrance, a toilet and a kitchen and living/dining room with sliding doors to the terrace. Outdoor dining on this terrace is ideal with a table and 10 chairs.
In the lower part of the villa there is a large bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom and the second living room with sliding doors leading out to the pool area.

Bedroom 3:
Two single beds (90 cm wide), bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning.
Bedroom 4:

Swimming pool:
The rectangular private swimming pool (8x4) has a stepped entrance, 8 sun loungers and parasols.
Next to the pool is the barbecue area, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and the second living room.
The pool's south-facing location guarantees sun almost all day and is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe.
The house is in a residential area with many neighbors who live here all year round. For this reason, we do not accept reservations from groups under 21 years of age and do not accept stag and hen parties. This house is not adapted to hold parties or organize events. Noise must be limited between 11:00 pm and 9:00 am.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac with little traffic. There is another access via another street with hardly any traffic.

This villa is a 2 minute walk from two other villas that I rent out. One house has 4 bedrooms (max. 8 people) and the other 5 bedrooms (max. 12 people), both with their own pool.
