From the balcony of this apartment you can enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea, the mountains and the town! The apartment features a cozy living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower (renovated October 2024) and two bedrooms. Of course there is a good Wifi connection (fiber optic) and television with international channels for our guests. The air conditioning is present in the living room and master bedroom.

The location of this apartment is ideal: all facilities such as tapas bars, restaurants, shops and the supermarket are right around the corner. The beach is just 250 metres away.

You can park your car for free in the street or surrounding streets. There is a public parking near the apartment. The costs are (2024) €1.00 per day.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices include:

-water
- electricity (except winter season)
- air conditioning (in living room and master bedroom)
-Bed linen
- bath linen
- kitchen linen
- good Wifi connection
- television with international channels

Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.

From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT fully included in the price. We provide our guests with 7.5kW per day of free electricity. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kW. There is a counter in the apartment so that you can easily read the consumption.
A valid credit card must be presented on arrival for the electricity bill(s). It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests.
