The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with sunbed. It features a kitchen with extensive inventory, air conditioning in all areas, television with international channels and free Wi-Fi (fiber) and a cozy living room. There is room for a maximum of 4 people.

The well-kept complex has a seasonal communal swimming pool (2024: open from June to the end of September). You can park your car for free in the street.

From the apartment it is a 15-minute walk to the center or the beach (1500 meters). Just 200 meters away you will find the bus stop and a small supermarket.

Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.

From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT included in the price. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival for the electricity bill(s).

It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests.
