This modern holiday apartment is located in Nerja on the Costa del Sol. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). The distance to the beach and the center is 1500 meters. The spacious terrace with seating and 2 sun beds offers you an unobstructed view over the sea, the mountains, the pool and the town. 

The kitchen has an extensive kitchen inventory, there is air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV with international television and radio channels and free WiFi (fiber optic). 

The complex has a communal seasonal swimming pool (2024: June to the end of September) with children's pool. Free street parking is available. 

A bus stop and a local supermarket are 200 metres away from the apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices include:
-water
- electricity (except winter period)
-Bed linen
- bath linen
- kitchen linen
- good Wifi connection
- television with international channels
- seasonal communal swimming pool (2025: June to September)
- use of covered parking

Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival. 

From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT included in the price. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival for the electricity bill(s). 

It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests. 

When you make a reservation , you also agree to the terms and conditions. If desired, we will be happy to send it to you.
