Beautiful comfortable 6 person apartment on the second floor less than 1 kilometer from the beach and the 18 hole golf course in Playa Granada. The apartment has a spacious south-facing balcony, where it is wonderful to eat and drink together. You can park your car in the private underground parking space. The gated complex has 3 swimming pools with 3 Jacuzzis, a gym and children's play areas.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms for 2 persons and 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite with the master bedroom. The two single beds can be put apart. Beautiful living room with relaxed sitting area with TV and also a dining area for a cozy family dinner. A well-equipped kitchen with combi microwave/oven/grill, espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

It is a beautiful location for a family with children, but also for golf, walking and cycling enthusiasts.
From the location, the picturesque villages in the Alpujarras can be reached within 0.5 hours, where there are beautiful walking and cycling routes.

Balcony of Europe, is 39 km from the accommodation, while Cliffs of Maro-Cerro Gordo is 29 km away. Granada and Sierra Nevada is 69 km and 97 km respectively. The nearest airport is Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport, 77 km from Aguacate Beach Apartament Playa Granada. Malaga airport is 100 km.

We are Ton and Ageeth and live in the Netherlands and since March 2023 we have an apartment in the beautiful Playa Granada.
Ton worked in Granada for a few weeks when he was 25 and immediately fell in love with the area. The beach in the vicinity of a ski area, beautiful bike rides and the beautiful authentic culture.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
