The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and last from May 2025 there will be an air conditioner in the living room, has a large private terrace (19mtr.)with views of the pool, golf and mountains. It has 1 bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) en-suite. There is also a second bathroom (walk-in shower)  with sink and toilet. A living-dining room with a lovely sofa-sofa that you can pull out with a loop to form a comfortable double bed. Watch live  tv all channels available from every country. The kitchen is  equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker. It has a washing machine, ironing board. (no dishwasher)

The bus stop is in front of the door, which will take you to Fuengirola and from there you can go in any direction. Fuengirola beach, where you can find a long promenade and a sandy beach, is a 5-minute drive from the Matchroom. 

Matchroom Country Club is located less than 30 minutes from Malaga, Marbella and Torremolinos, Puerto Banus. Cabo Piño drive.
